What is RecruitRank?

RecruitRank is the industry's first candidate feedback tool, which allows you to feedback anonymously to recruitment agencies on the service you have received after applying for a job.

The top 10 agencies you have voted as offering the best levels of customer service are shown on the homepage. RecruitRank is updated dynamically every day allowing agencies to understand where they might be able to serve you and other candidates better.

Why did Jobsite set up RecruitRank?

Some time ago, we asked you how the job hunting process made you feel and were overwhelmed by the response. You said it was lonely and frustrating, but the biggest annoyance was the lack of response from recruitment agencies.

We've all had our bad experiences, but we're sure we've all had good experiences with agencies too - those who helped out with interview tips and negotiated that slightly higher starting salary.

Your comments about the importance of agencies offering good customer service prompted us to do something about it. So we launched RecruitRank to encourage and reward the agencies who are offering jobseekers a great experience.

Do recruitment agencies take any notice of the feedback?

Yes they do. Hundreds of agencies have taken RecruitRank feedback on board with many modifying the way they work as a direct result. See examples.

Each year we also hold a RecruitRank awards evening. These are unique awards as they are based on feedback from thousands of job seekers using RecruitRank, rather than a panel of judges.

Can recruiters respond to my feedback?

Yes, recruiters now have the option to respond to any comments you leave. We hope that this will give you a better insight into your applications by starting a proactive dialogue that will hopefully lead to any issues being resolved.

All of this will be visible in the Applications and Feedback section of your 'My Jobsite' page and, as messages will be posted within this secure area, your details will remain anonymous to the recruiter (unless you choose to take the discussion further by supplying your contact details). If you don't want to respond to a recruiter's comments you are under no obligation to do so.
